Your first visit, step by step
A warm hello, minimal paperwork
If you've completed your intake online, you walk in nearly paperwork-free. Prefer paper? We'll have it ready at the desk. [Online intake link pending]
Digital X-rays and a comprehensive exam
We look at everything — teeth, gums, existing dental work, and anything you've been wondering or worrying about. Digital X-rays are quick and low-radiation.
A conversation, not a verdict
You'll hear what we found in plain language, what's urgent versus what can wait, and what your options are. Questions are the point of this part — ask all of them.
A written plan, if treatment is needed
Costs, sequence, and insurance contribution, on paper, before anything is scheduled. If all you need is a cleaning and a “see you in six months” — even better.
What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card, if you have one
- A list of medications you take
- Any records or X-rays from a previous dentist (or tell us the office name and we can request them)
Nervous? Say so — that's all it takes.
Tell us when you book and we'll plan around it, from extra time to sedation options. Nobody here lectures anyone about how long it's been.
